Storage Consultant — Storage Plus Rosebery
Full-Time | Rosebery, NSW | $66,000 + Super | Tuesday–Saturday
Storage Plus is growing across Sydney and Melbourne, and we're looking for a Storage Consultant to take ownership of the customer experience at our Rosebery facility.
You'll be based at Rosebery day to day, with the opportunity to move between our other Sydney sites (Alexandria, Mascot, and Kingsgrove) as needed, so a car licence and your own transport are essential. This role works Tuesday through Saturday.

You'll be working across all parts of the business. Some days you're helping a customer choose the right self-storage or warehouse unit on the spot. Other days you're talking someone through a Megabox booking (our Mobile Storage offering), coordinating pickup and delivery timing, and liaising with our removalist partners to make sure everything runs smoothly. You'll also manage an existing customer base, keep on top of payments, check in on tenant needs, and pitch in on admin and day to day site operations.
What the role covers:
- Advising customers on self-storage, warehouse, and Megabox mobile storage options, matching them to the right solution
- Coordinating Megabox logistics, pickup and delivery timing, and liaising with removalists to keep things running smoothly
- Managing the enquiry pipeline from first contact through to move in
- Owning relationships with existing tenants, renewals, upgrades, and resolving issues before they become complaints
- Supporting site operations and admin
- Working across Alexandria, Mascot, and Kingsgrove when needed
What you'll bring:
- 12 months+ in a customer facing role where you owned outcomes, not just service — sales, account management, hospitality supervision, or similar. Storage or logistics experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- A car licence and access to your own vehicle
- Availability to work Tuesday–Saturday
- Comfortable managing a few moving parts at once . This role involves logistics coordination as well as customer service
- Confidence dealing with people directly, including the harder conversations
- Good judgement and the ability to manage your own workload without close supervision
- A Police Clearance Check upon request
