Capital Construction Consulting Partners (CCCP) is seeking an experienced and reliable Stone Bench Top Installer to join our team in Queensland on a casual basis, with the potential for ongoing work. The ideal candidate will have proven experience installing both engineered and natural stone benchtops, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Install kitchen islands, benchtops, splashbacks, and waterfall ends according to CAD drawings and plans.
- Safely handle and transport stone surfaces using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment.
- Perform on-site adjustments, minor trimming, and polishing when required.
- Ensure joints, seams, and silicone work meet high aesthetic and functional standards.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and internal team members to ensure smooth installations.
- Maintain clean, safe work areas and comply with all site safety and company policies.
- Report any issues, variations, or damages promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in stone benchtop installation.
- Construction White Card (mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
