About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you'll be the link between our clients, field teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring programs are delivered seamlessly and executed to the highest standard.
You'll manage multiple projects, build trusted client relationships and help deliver outstanding in-store experiences across Corporate and Independent Grocery channels.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day relationships with FMCG clients
- Coordinating retail activation, merchandising and field marketing programs
- Working closely with national field teams to deliver exceptional execution
- Providing campaign updates, insights and performance reporting
- Identifying opportunities to add value and improve outcomes for clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure programs run smoothly from start to finish
About You:
You'll likely have experience in FMCG, shopper marketing, field marketing, retail activation, agency account management or a similar environment.
You'll also bring:
- Strong account management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with grocery retailers such as Woolworths, Coles, or Independent Grocery networks
- Excellent organisation and project coordination abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
