ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re on the lookout for an F&B Manager to join our leadership team.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead shifts, support your team, and ensure the venue operates smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.
You’ll be:
Leading shifts across bar, gaming, and floor operations
Delivering exceptional customer experiences and setting the tone on shift
Ensuring compliance with gaming, liquor licensing, and venue procedures
Coaching, supporting, and developing team members
Managing service flow, priorities, and problem-solving in real time
Handling cash, reconciliations, and venue reporting
Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety
Supporting the Venue Manager with day-to-day operations
Availability: Flexible across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

YOU’LL NEED
RSA (Essential)
RSG 1 (Essential) *Support in Gaming Room required
RSG 2 & 3 (Highly regarded)
Previous experience as a Duty Manager or senior hospitality role
Strong knowledge of operations and exceptional customer service standards
