The Role
In this role, you will be working closely with our FOH Team and Venue Manager, responsible for delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved, through knowledgeable, passionate table-side service & Bar-service
Meet spend per head targets
Host & manage shifts
Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times
Guest Communications (including function enquiries)
Assist with the Beverage Program (RM)
Assist in planning, organising and executing functions & events (RM)
Lead the team, and develop talent
Work in collaboration with the kitchen team
Assisting Venue Manager to meet the different target' KPIs (Wages cost/Guest satisfaction/Cost of Goods)
Assisting Venue Manager to organize staff roster (RM)
Assisting Venue Manager to open/close venue (Respecting Processes)
