We are a growing residential window cleaning business operating across South-West Sydney, and we’re currently looking for an experienced subcontractor window cleaner to help take on overflow jobs.
This is not an employee role — we are looking for a reliable, independent contractor who can take on regular work and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.

About the work
You will be completing standard residential window cleaning jobs including:
- 1 & 2 storey homes
- Interior & exterior windows
- Fly screens removal and cleaning
- Window tracks
- Squeegee finishing work for streak-free results
- Occasional ladder or water-fed pole work for second storey access
Requirements (must have all of the below)
We are only looking for experienced cleaners who already operate independently.
- Valid ABN
- Public liability insurance
- Own reliable vehicle
- Own professional window cleaning tools
- Proven experience cleaning residential homes (1–2 storey)
- Comfortable with fly screens, and tracks
- Ability to work on 2-storey homes safely using either a ladder or water-fed pole system
- Strong attention to detail and customer presentation
- Reliable communication and punctuality

Pay structure
Subcontract work paid per job, depending on job size and scope.
Typical residential jobs range from:
$150 – $350+ per house
Rates are discussed based on your experience, efficiency, and the type of jobs you can handle.
