Due to rapid growth, we are seeking skilled team members with relevant trades (ideally roofing, carpentry or steel workers) to join our team for ongoing projects. These positions are for ongoing projects across South-East Queensland with capital work starting on the Northside of Brisbane until at least February 2027. On a long-term basis these will be mobile roles with travel to and from site around South-East Queensland required.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out hands-on work including roofing, structural repairs, installation, and asset maintenance.
- Deliver construction and maintenance works to a high standard.
- Comply with all requirements relating to Quality, Safety and Environment and company policies.
Typical Daily Tasks
- Coating, pressure washing, and surface preparation.
- Roofing & Re-sheeting, roof remediation, and structural repairs.
- Concrete works ie crack and spalling repairs, joint sealing and general labouring duties relevant to water reservoir works.
- Pipework installation and other works associated with reservoir refurbishment and maintenance.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and asset maintenance.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality workmanship.
- Confined Space and Working at Heights qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
- High Risk Tickets (eg. EWP, Scaffolding, Forklift).
- Construction Card.
- Driver's license.
- Willingness to embrace the mission and core values of the business.
