We have an opportunity for a Security Administrator to support the uplift of security across AusNet’s critical infrastructure.
Reporting to the Security Risk and Governance Manager, this role is based in Melbourne’s CBD and sits within the Security team.
What you’ll help deliver
- Maintain and report on security asset and critical component registers
- Support contractor management, reporting and compliance requirements
- Assist with procurement processes including POs, quotes and small capex cases
- Ensure accurate documentation, records and security financial data across systems (SAP/Ariba)
You don’t need to check every box, however we’re looking for a good combination of:
- Strong administration experience supporting large teams across asset management, finance (high value invoicing) or security environments
- Demonstrated experience with SAP, Ariba or similar enterprise systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- Strong stakeholder engagement and attention to detail in reporting and compliance
