About the Role:
As a diploma qualified advanced educator you will be supported by experienced mentors in a centre which is significantly above ratio and a great team spirit. You’ll will support our team in creating a nurturing environment where play, curiosity, safety and exploration are at the heart of everything we do.
Your days will be filled with creativity and connection as you:
- Support children’s learning through play-based experiences
- Be a positive role model and encourage children’s confidence and wellbeing
- Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment

✅ Holds or working towards a minimum diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
✅ Loves to explore, play and have fun alongside children.
✅ Has a strong passion for continuous development and learning.
✅ Role models, mentors and support your team to care and support the growth of children.
✅ Is a great team player.
✅ A positive in all interactions, including strong written and verbal communication.
✅ Have an ACT WWVP card prior to starting - No card, No Start.
The successful candidate will need to be fully immunized against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Chickenpox and Whooping cough.
