About Reverence Community Care
Reverence Community Care is a therapist-owned and operated allied health provider delivering Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Behaviour Support, Physiotherapy, Psychology, and Allied Health Assistant services to NDIS participants across Melbourne.
With continued growth across our Williams Landing and Bacchus Marsh clinics, we are seeking passionate and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our multidisciplinary team.
We welcome applications from practitioners registered at the Core, Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist levels with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
About the Role
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with participants, families, schools, support workers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services that improve participant outcomes and quality of life.
The role offers flexibility to work across clinic, community, home, school, and telehealth settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop, implement, and review Behaviour Support Plans.
- Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventions.
- Provide training, coaching, and capacity-building to families, carers, educators, and support teams.
- Collaborate with allied health professionals and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in supervision, case discussions, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Restrictive Practices requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration at Core, Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist level.
- Relevant qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Education, Counselling, Behavioural Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel throughout Melbourne's western and north-western suburbs.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable
- Experience working within the NDIS sector.
- Experience supporting participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disability, psychosocial disabilities, and complex support needs.
- Experience working across community, clinic, and school environments.

Remuneration
Permanent Employees
Competitive salary package based on experience, clinical capability, and registration level.
- Core Practitioner: $90,000 – $105,000 + Superannuation
- Proficient Practitioner: $105,000 – $120,000 + Superannuation
- Advanced Practitioner: $120,000 – $130,000+ + Superannuation
- Specialist Practitioner: Negotiable based on experience
Contractor Opportunities
We offer flexible contractor arrangements including:

Contractor remuneration will be negotiated based on registration level, experience, availability, and preferred engagement model.

Travel Requirements
This role involves providing services across Melbourne's western and north-western suburbs. Practitioners may be required to attend participant homes, schools, community settings, and either clinic location depending on service needs.
