Working within our Product team, you'll lead the strategy, performance and ongoing development of our payments products, partnering across the business to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions. From enhancing everyday payment experiences to optimising commercial performance and navigating an evolving regulatory landscape, you'll help ensure our products continue to deliver value for both our customers and the Bank.
You'll make an impact by:
- Driving the strategy, roadmap and ongoing optimisation of Great Southern Bank's retail payments portfolio.
- Using data, customer insights and market trends to improve product performance, customer experience and commercial outcomes.
- Partnering with Technology, Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience and Operations teams to deliver new product capabilities and enhancements.
- Managing product performance, financial outcomes and vendor relationships while balancing customer value with sustainable commercial performance.
- Ensuring products remain compliant with regulatory requirements, scheme obligations and enterprise risk frameworks.
- Leading product initiatives from concept through delivery, influencing stakeholders and aligning priorities across multiple business areas.

- Demonstrated experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps and financial performance.
- Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A sound understanding of regulatory, compliance and risk requirements relating to payments.
