This Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Case Worker to join the Release Support team, providing case work supports to people leaving incarceration. You will be joining a highly experienced and supportive team, led by the Team Leader Reintegration and Manager Reintegration and Rehabilitation.
You will have high-level case management skills, and a passion to work within a reintegration service that provides access to a wide range of supports and services that assist people in successfully reintegrating into the community from the justice system. The Case Worker role provides support across both pre-release and post-release clients, and co-facilitates an engaging life skills group program within Bunbury Regional Prison.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Provide case management supports to individuals and families.
- Develop collaborative relationships with other external services, government and community agencies and network with key local and specialist support services.
- Actively contribute to a positive team culture with a solution focused, client centred approach.
Essential requirements
- Experience working in reintegration, homelessness, AOD, FDV, and/or community services.
- Demonstrated experience in case management practices and strategies to support vulnerable people.
- Demonstrated experience in developing relationships and working with people with complex needs.
- Prepared to work in multiple locations in the South West
