Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and provide suitable treatment recommendations.
- Review and manage the existing patient portfolio.
- Follow up with patients after consultations, treatments, or product recommendations.
- Encourage patients to attend regular eye examinations and scheduled recalls.
- Identify patients who may benefit from services such as myopia control, Ortho-K, dry eye management, contact lenses, or specialised eyewear.
- Provide clear explanations so patients understand their eye health and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
- Support patient satisfaction by responding professionally to questions or concerns.
- Encourage positive patient experiences, referrals, reviews, and long-term loyalty.
- Represent the clinic’s brand values through excellent patient care and communication.
What Success Looks Like:
- Patient Retention & Trust: High patient satisfaction scores, positive online reviews, and strong direct referral numbers.
- Care Continuity: Exceptional patient recall booking rates and thorough post-consultation follow-up completion.
- Clinical Growth: Conversion of suitable patients into our recommended specialized myopia and optical services.
Requirements
- Recent or upcoming Graduate of Bachelor or Doctor of Optometry degree.
- Active or pending AHPRA registration.
- An ambitious, curious mindset with a passion for premium customer care.
- Chinese or Cantonese as second language required to align with demographic.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
