About the Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who understands high-ticket sales, phone-based closing, objection handling, and relationship-led conversion.
You will speak with warm inbound leads who have shown interest in SyncSkills programs through our ads, content, webinars, events, referrals, and community.
No door-knocking.
Your role is to speak with interested prospects, understand their goals, diagnose their current situation, explain the right program pathway, handle objections, and help the right people make a decision.

Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative sales calls with warm inbound prospects
- Build trust quickly through clear, honest, and confident communication
- Understand each prospect’s career goals, challenges, income goals, fears, and decision-making process
- Recommend the right SyncSkills program based on fit
- Clearly communicate the value, structure, outcome, and expectations of our programs
- Handle objections around money, time, confidence, experience, family pressure, fear, and career uncertainty
- Close qualified prospects into paid programs
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects who need more support before making a decision
- Update the CRM accurately after every call
- Track pipeline, call outcomes, close rate, follow-ups, and revenue
- Work with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and in-person sessions when required
- Represent SyncSkills with professionalism, empathy, and strong commercial discipline
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in high-ticket sales, education sales, coaching sales, remote closing, telesales, recruitment, career services, or training programs preferred
- Strong phone presence
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Ability to lead emotional and practical conversations with confidence
- Ability to sell transformation, not just features
- Comfortable working with targets, numbers, and performance expectations
- Strong follow-up discipline
- CRM experience preferred
- Clear written and verbal communication
- High personal ownership and coachability
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving business environment

Work Location
Hybrid role based in Brisbane, QLD.
Some work will be remote, but you must be available for in-person meetings, training, events, and team sessions when required.
Pay Structure
Commission-based role
Uncapped earning potential
Commission paid based on closed sales
Specific commission structure will be discussed during the interview process
Pay: $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
