We are actively seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Panel Beater who is currently located in Australia and looking for a long-term career with a stable visa pathway.
Core Responsibilities
· OEM Repairs: Repair damaged vehicle bodies, panels, and structural elements to OEM and factory standards.
· Component Alignment: Remove, replace, and carefully align compromised panels and components.
· Frame Straightening: Straighten and true up vehicle frames using our advanced, specialized alignment machinery.
· Fabrication: Handle welding, fabrication, and installation of replacement panels.
· Specialist Repairs: Complete paintless dent removal (PDR), hail damage repairs, and bumper fixes.
· Surface Prep: Prep repaired surfaces for our spray painting team via filling, sanding, and finishing.
· Quality Control: Inspect finished repairs to ensure they meet our strict quality criteria and lifetime guarantee.
· Workshop Safety: Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and a safe, clean work environment.
Visa Sponsorship & Legal Requirements
To meet Department of Home Affairs nomination criteria for the Subclass 482 / Skills in Demand pathway, applicants must meet the following baseline legal parameters:
· Location: Must currently reside in Australia with valid full-time work rights.
· Qualifications: Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology, an equivalent Australian AQF trade qualification, or a completed Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) skills assessment.
· Experience: A minimum of 2 years of full-time, post-qualification experience as a qualified Panel Beater.
· English Proficiency: Ability to demonstrate English language capabilities required for visa compliance (e.g., IELTS, PTE, or holding an exempt passport).
· Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body repair techniques, tools, scanning equipment, and digital repair estimates.
