This role will require you to be an independent recruitment consultant, with the ability to manage your own clients and candidates, and meet target billings. You will be expected to know and be competent in the full recruitment process, require minimal formal supervision and meet set targets per month. The role is a variation of interviewing, recruiting, managing accounts and providing customer service and administration support to the team.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Sourcing new business including cold and warm calling.
- Managing relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Sourcing candidates from the database and through job boards.
- Short listing and interviewing candidates.
- Meeting target billings.
- Client visits.
Education/Experience/Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications and/or experience in HR, Recruitment or Business.
- Knowledge and experience in the full recruitment process.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self motivation, initiative and dedication / loyalty.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Efficient and accurate typing ability.
