Flexi Queensland is seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Supported Employment Team Leader to establish and lead our new Specialised Supported Employment Program.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability by supporting them to explore employment opportunities, build skills, gain confidence, and achieve meaningful employment outcomes.
As the Team Leader, you will play a key role in developing the program, supporting participants and staff, building community partnerships, and creating pathways to employment that align with individual goals, strengths, and interests.
