Job Description – Barista / Café All-Rounder
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and other beverages.
Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
Prepare and serve light meals, sandwiches, and café food.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café, including workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
Replenish stock and assist with inventory management.
Set up and close the café according to daily procedures.
Deliver friendly and efficient customer service at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality is preferred but not essential.
Ability to prepare quality coffee and operate espresso machines.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays if required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
