What’s the role?
The Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Reporting team partners with subject matter experts to generate data-driven insights from a broad range of data sources, including Key Risk Indicators, and elevates key messages from risk class owner delegates through excellent presentation and visualisation skills.
As a Senior Manager, you will partner with subject matter experts to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights (trends, themes and patterns) supported by strong presentation and visualisation skills.
You’ll proactively engage with internal partners to plan, manage, and report on a schedule of deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with the NFR Systems team to identify opportunities and develop innovative reporting solutions that enhance our risk management capabilities.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney or Adelaide with flexible working arrangements available .
What do I need?
- A strong understanding of risk concepts, frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Substantial demonstrated experience in preparing Management Information to support decision making and focus attention on key insights
- Demonstrated experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau to enable continuous monitoring
- Creative problem-solving skills to 'connect the dots' and develop impactful reporting solutions
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
