What you’ll do:
As a Senior Integrity Engineer based out of Brisbane, you'll play a key role in protecting the integrity, safety and reliability of GLNG and DLNG assets throughout their lifecycle. Working within the LNG Integrity Engineering team of Midstream and Energy Solutions, you'll provide specialist technical expertise to ensure asset integrity is maintained, regulatory obligations are met, and engineering risks are effectively managed.
You'll partner with operations, maintenance and project teams to deliver practical integrity solutions, support major shutdowns and projects, and drive continuous improvement across the LNG Major Hazard Facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical integrity engineering support across LNG assets, including day-to-day integrity management and defect elimination.

Develop, implement and maintain Integrity Management Plans, Integrity Operating Windows and inspection scopes for pressure equipment.

Lead and support failure investigations, root cause analysis and fitness-for-service assessments.

Apply Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies in accordance with API RP 580 and API RP 581.

Monitor asset health using SAP S/4HANA, Cenosco IMS and other asset management systems.

Support statutory shutdowns, engineering assurance activities, audits and third-party inspection providers.

Provide integrity engineering input to projects through concept, FEED, detailed design, construction and commissioning phases.

Prepare and review engineering documentation including basis of design, technical procedures, tender documentation and engineering standards.

Lead and support integrity-related regulatory activities including Safety Cases, Environment Plans, HAZOPs, HAZIDs and risk assessments.

Contribute to long-term integrity strategies, lifecycle planning and budget development for major remediation activities.
Promote continuous improvement, technical excellence and compliance with company standards, industry codes and legislative requirements.

What you’ll bring:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chartered Engineer and RPEQ.

Extensive integrity engineering experience within the hydrocarbon or chemical process industries.

Strong knowledge of asset integrity, risk-based inspection and relevant Australian and API standards.

Experience with fitness-for-service assessments, corrosion management and asset lifecycle planning.

Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and communication skills.
-
A proactive approach to safety, continuous improvement and technical excellence.
