We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager – Major Projects to lead the delivery of significant capital infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on Development Contribution Plan (DCP) projects, including major road and drainage works.
The successful candidate will demonstrate proven project management experience, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and strong technical engineering expertise. Experience working collaboratively with consultants, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the effective delivery of major capital works projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to required specifications.

Manage all phases of project delivery, including scope development, budgeting, programming, consultant engagement, design management, and issue resolution.

Prepare and oversee contract documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project-specific requirements.

Supervise construction activities and contract administration to ensure successful project outcomes.

Develop and maintain effective project reporting processes for management, executive leadership, and stakeholders.

Foster strong stakeholder relationships and communication across internal and external groups.

Provide expert advice and support on complex and politically sensitive project matters.

Undertake other duties as reasonably required to support the Major Projects function.
