We are looking for an experienced and motivated Working Salon Manager to join our team.
This is the perfect opportunity for a confident senior stylist ready to step into a leadership role. You'll continue working behind the chair while helping oversee the day-to-day running of the Salon, supporting the team, and insuring every client receives an exceptional experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Lead by example on the Salon floor
- Mentor and support our team, including apprentices
- Help manage the daily operations of the Salon
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Assist with rostering, stock control and appointment flow
- Support retail, re-booking and business growth
- Build and maintain your own loyal clientele
ABOUT YOU:
- Qualified senior stylist with strong technical skills
- Confident in all aspects of hairdressing
- Positive, organised and reliable
- A natural leader with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about creating a supportive team culture and delivering outstanding client experiences
