As a Team Experience Partner for Primary Connect, you’ll act as a trusted strategic ally to our senior support leadership team. You will drive forward impactful people initiatives and help our leaders navigate and solve complex challenges during an exciting period of transformation.
With a busy people agenda ahead, you will coach, advise, design, and deliver initiatives aimed at embedding change, enhancing team effectiveness, and supporting our mission to connect communities with the products they need and love.

Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with senior support leaders, coaching and influencing key stakeholders to ensure the seamless rollout of major programs of work across our network.
