Overview
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator to join our Client Services team. You will provide general administrative and coordination support across the Client Services function, to ensure we provide exceptional service and client experience to both current and potential clients.
You will play a key role helping the team stay organised, responsive and well prepared in its management of client relationships.
How you'll make an impact

Assist the Client Services team in managing and maintaining client account information, including data entry, updating customer information, and generating reports

Coordinate Victorian tender responses, including inputs from subject matter experts

Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, Salesforce, with accurate and up-to-date client information

Utilise Excel and other database tools to collect, organize and analyse data

Support the Client Services team in preparing presentations, client reports etc

Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, conferences, and events

Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
About you

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a claims, sales or client services environment

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other database tools, with the ability to analyse and manipulate data effectively

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring data integrity and quality

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
