WE’RE HIRING - CHEF
CAMBIO VITA is looking for an experienced chef to join our small, independent Italian restaurant on Glenferrie Road, Malvern.
We focus on traditional Italian food, sometimes with a twist, and we’re looking for someone who is confident in a professional kitchen and enjoys working as part of a small team.
THE RIGHT PERSON WILL HAVE:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
- Experience cooking Italian food
- Ability to confidently manage multiple sections
- Strong plating and presentation skills
- Experience working the pass and holding a busy service
- Good prep and organisational skills
- Ability to contribute ideas and create dishes
- Weekend availability
- Great communication and a strong team attitude
We’re looking for someone available Wednesday-Sunday, with 15-30 hours per week available, depending on experience and availability.
This is a hands-on role in a small team, so we’re looking for someone who can step in, work independently, support the team and confidently get through a service.
Pay: From $31.00 per hour
