We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Accounts & Administration Coordinator to support our growing hospitality group across multiple locations.
This is a hands-on role responsible for payroll processing, purchasing administration, supplier invoicing, and accounting support using Xero and Deputy.
The role would suit someone with strong hospitality administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Rostering
- Process payroll using Xero and Deputy
- Review staff timesheets and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor award interpretation and wage compliance
- Assist managers with payroll and roster administration
Accounts & Purchasing
- Enter supplier invoices into Xero
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Monitor outstanding invoices and credits
- Assist with purchasing and stock ordering administration
- Maintain organised digital filing systems
Administration & Reporting
- Assist with weekly reporting and cost tracking
- Support multi-site administration requirements
- General accounts and office administration duties
- Liaise with suppliers and internal management teams
About You
You will ideally have:
- Strong Xero experience (essential)
- Experience using Deputy or similar payroll/rostering software
- Hospitality administration or bookkeeping experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confidence working across multiple venues
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
