Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role
Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:
· preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies
· planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
· monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
· discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff
· explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
