About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Terminal Stock & Administration Officer to join our Tank Terminals team in Kwinana on a full-time basis.
This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy bulk liquid storage facility, ensuring accurate stock management and providing high-level administrative support to both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with operations personnel to investigate and resolve discrepancies
- On an ongoing basis manage clients shipping nominations and schedules, preparing shipping folders and finalising figures with surveyors
- Attend to general admin tasks and maintain general office housekeeping
- On a weekly basis compile the Terminal Operator’s timesheets for Payroll to process
- Assist contractors with site access, induction bookings and gantry access
