Remedy & Reap is a growing wellness business with an established and loyal client base across our Hope Valley and Melbourne Street locations. We are seeking a passionate Remedial Massage Therapist to join our supportive team and help us continue delivering exceptional care to our community.

About the Role
We offer predominantly 60 to 90-minute treatments, allowing therapists the time to provide high-quality, personalised care without feeling rushed.
All treatments include a 15-minute buffer between clients for notes, room reset and rest.
Many of our clients attend regular recurring appointments, allowing therapists to track progress, build trust and develop meaningful long-term relationships while achieving excellent treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional remedial massage treatments
- Managing client payments and rebookings
- Maintaining treatment notes and client records
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to a high standard of presentation and hygiene
- Building ongoing relationships with clients

Melbourne Street
- Monday: 3:00pm – 9:00pm
- Tuesday: 3:00pm – 9:00pm
- Friday: 3:00pm – 9:00pm
Hope Valley
- Monday: 3:00pm – 9:00pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
- Wednesday: 3:00pm – 9:00pm
- Friday: 3:00pm – 9:00pm
Potential Sunday hours may also become available from 9:00am – 4:00pm at a higher rate.
Hours can be flexible and adjusted for the right candidate.
The Melbourne Street location operates within the multidisciplinary BodyWorx clinic alongside osteopaths and other allied health professionals, with reception support available onsite. Hope Valley is a dedicated Remedy & Reap studio.
Contractor Opportunity
Contractor arrangements may be available by discussion.
- 65/35 split in favour of the contractor
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma of Remedial Massage (HLT52015 or equivalent), or currently completing your qualification
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Eligible for private health fund provider numbers through AAMT, MMA or an equivalent association (preferred but not essential)
- Passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes through pain management, rehabilitation, injury prevention and ongoing wellbeing
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team culture
- Committed to ongoing professional development and learning
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences
