- We are looking for a professional and dynamic medical receptionist to join our team.
- The role involves greeting and booking patients, billing and invoicing, responding to patient inquiries, managing correspondence and office supplies, and tidying duties. The position requires multi-tasking and providing a high level of customer service.
- This is a casual position with expected availability 1-2 days per week, Monday and/or Thursday.
- A first-aid certificate is compulsory.
Highly regarded skills, attributes, and experience include:
- Prior experience as a medical receptionist
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with using medical software such as Gentu. On-site training will be available.
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve when presented with new challenges
- Focus and efficiency in completing delegated tasks

- $29.11 to $36.39/hour (includes 25% casual loading) plus superannuation. Remuneration rate is based on the NSW Health Award, age and level of experience.
