Senior Barista / All-Rounder

We are on the lookout for a highly experienced and confident Senior Barista / All-Rounder to join our team. We’re a fast-paced, high-volume Kafe that takes pride in delivering consistently great coffee and genuine customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys variety in their day, and is looking for a long-term position in a growing business.
About the Role
This is not just a coffee-focused position — we are looking for a strong all-rounder who is confident on the machine but equally comfortable working across all areas of the Kafe. You will be expected to move between stations as needed, supporting the team to maintain smooth service during busy periods. While coffee will be a key part of your role, adaptability and teamwork are just as important.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience working on a commercial coffee machine
- Ability to handle busy service periods confidently on the machine when required
- Strong understanding of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and workflow efficiency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- A team player with all-rounder experience – willing to jump in and assist across different stations when needed
- A fun, bubbly, and outgoing personality – someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with customers
- Must be reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance
- Looking for a long-term position and able to grow with the business
- Must have own vehicle for early starts
Working Hours
- Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 5:15am – 3:00pm
- Must be available to start at 5:15am for opening shifts
- Weekends (required): At least 1 day availability, preferably Saturday
- Saturday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
- Sunday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
