Carefinity is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker (DSW) to support a participant in Gympie, QLD.

Position Details
- Location: Gympie, QLD
- Position: Disability Support Worker (DSW)
- Shifts: Sleepover and day shifts available
- Gender: Male or Female applicants welcome
- Essential: Insulin training and experience supporting participants with diabetes
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Supporting with insulin administration in line with training and care plans
- Monitoring and supporting the participant's health needs
- Assisting with mobility and daily routines
- Supporting community access and social activities
- Providing safe, respectful, and person-centred care
- Following the participant's individual support plan
- Supporting the participant to maintain independence and quality of life

Requirements:
✅ Male or Female applicants welcome
✅ Insulin training is required
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✅ Right to work in Australia
✅ Current First Aid & CPR certificates
✅ Qualification in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or Community Services
✅ Relevant disability support experience
✅ Valid Driver’s License & reliable transport
✅ A caring nature, great communication, and the ability to build trust and rapport easily
Pay: $37.18 – $105.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
