Support Worker to provide support to a female participant living in the Adamstown area.
To meet the specific support needs and preferences of our client, we are currently encouraging applications from
support workers with experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges.
About the Role In this position, you will provide person-centred support to help our client maintain independence, engage with the community, and work towards their individual goals.
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
- Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs is highly regarded
Pay Rates
- Base Hourly Rate: $43.23
- Afternoon Shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $47.55
- Active Night Shift (starts before 6am or finishes after midnight, Monday to Friday): $48.41
- Saturday: $60.52
- Sunday: $77.81
- Public Holiday: $95.10
