The overall purpose of the role will be to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the patients & practitioners across our multiple locations. This role will offer you plenty of variety and the opportunity to work with a great team and workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients with a warm and professional demeanour
- Managing patient bookings and schedules
- Handling queries and requests in person, over the phone, and via email
- Processing billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks
- Maintaining an organised and welcoming reception area
- Supporting allied health practitioners and assisting the Practice Manager as needed
- Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the clinic using strong time management and multitasking skills
Cantonese or Manderin Speakers prefered
