Origin Meat is a premium meat production and wholesale business supplying high-quality products to restaurants, pubs and hospitality venues across Sydney.
We are seeking an experienced Pick Packing / Dispatch Supervisor for permanent part-time roles (up to 3 days per week) and Saturday-only shifts.
This role suits a reliable, experienced operator who can work independently, maintain accuracy, and help oversee daily pick packing and dispatch operations in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Pick packing customer orders using the Fresho system
- Packing and labelling premium meat products
- Selecting and weighing products accurately
- Identifying meat cuts, including primal and portioned products
- Overseeing and supporting dispatch accuracy and workflow
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading stock
- Working in freezer and chiller environments
- Stock rotation and general production support
- Using pallet jacks and assisting with stock movement (forklift / walkie stacker experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and operational standards
- Supporting team coordination during production runs

- Pick packing and order preparation
- Meat, food production or wholesale environments
- Fast-paced production work
- Cold room / chiller environments
- Manual handling and physically demanding work
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for accuracy

Physical Requirements
This role is physically demanding and requires someone comfortable with:
- Lifting up to 20kg
- Standing for long periods
- Working in cold environments
- Fast-paced repetitive work
