Sacca’s is a fast growing family business and is well known for our fresh produce and great service to the community. We are expanding our business in a full service Café/Restaurant with a full service menu, expresso bar, fresh cakes and donuts. We will even be making our own Gelati!!
We are looking for a Seafood Retail Assistant to get our new concept up and running in Broadmeadows.
Your day to day routine will look something like this:
- Providing every customer with personalised service.
- Selling and promoting our great range of products by engaging with customers.
- Assisting in maintaining and replenishing stock.
- Handling cash
- General kitchen duties and cleaning
- Demonstrating a high level of personal presentation.
- Working cohesively and proactively within a team.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.

All about you:
- Prior sales/retail service experience will be preferred.
- Experience in handling seafood is advantageous.
- Knife skills for filleting and cleaning fish would be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
- Must be physically fit and strong (heavy lifting up to 25kg)
- Punctual, reliable and well presented with an ability to work autonomously.
- Good attention to detail and a great team player.
- Knowledge of POS system or similar
- Excellent communication skills
