In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering safe, efficient and sustainable workplace solutions that enhance employee experience and organisational performance. This role will see you provide essential administrative and operational support across the contract management lifecycle, working in a matrix environment.
Supporting multiple Contract Managers across a diverse portfolio, you'll coordinate contract documentation, maintain contract registers and records, track contract performance and key milestones, prepare reports and dashboards, and support governance and compliance activities.
This role operates within our hybrid working model, requiring 50% workplace attendance. The home base for this role is Macquarie Park, with flexibility to work from other office locations as required. Team collaboration days are on Monday and Wednesday. Regional locations may also be considered for the right candidate.

About you
You possess experience in contract administration, procurement or commercial environments, coupled with proficiency in systems such as SAP, Ariba, P2P, DOMO or similar platforms.
Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will see you thrive in this fast-paced contract administration role. You're a proactive and collaborative professional who builds strong stakeholder relationships, delivers accurate reporting and maintains high-quality contract records. Your strong communication skills and commitment to continuous improvement will support effective contract outcomes and strong governance practices.
