What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the General Manager Customer, Community and Experience, you'll lead Suncare's end-to-end growth strategy, driving sustainable growth in customers, service utilisation and community impact.
You'll own the customer lifecycle, from awareness and acquisition through to onboarding, engagement and retention, ensuring more people can access our services while delivering measurable organisational outcomes.
You will:
- Lead Suncare's growth strategy, identifying opportunities to increase customer acquisition, service utilisation, community impact and sustainable organisational growth.
- Own and optimise the customer journey, driving performance across the full lifecycle from awareness and enquiry through to onboarding, engagement, retention and advocacy.
- Drive customer acquisition and conversion through high-impact growth initiatives across digital, community, partnership and referral channels.
- Build strategic partnerships and community engagement opportunities that expand Suncare's reach, strengthen stakeholder relationships and support fundraising and community impact.
- Use data, insights and performance metrics to inform decision-making, optimise growth outcomes and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a customer-centric, commercially focused and outcomes-driven culture across marketing, events and community activation.

You will bring:
- Significant leadership experience in growth, marketing, customer experience, commercial strategy, business development or a related discipline.
- A proven track record of developing and delivering growth strategies that achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Strong expertise across customer acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention and lifecycle management.
- Experience leading multi-channel marketing, digital, community engagement and partnership initiatives.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to translate data, insights and trends into strategic action.
- Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, customer technologies, marketing automation and digital ecosystems.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, Commerce or a related discipline (desirable).
- A current satisfactory National Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willingness to obtain one.
