Restaurant Shift leader (PD)- Burgertory
As a Restaurant shift Leader, you will deliver a high-quality overall presentation and
train your staff to provide excellent customer service.
Restaurant shift leaders’ responsibilities includes maintaining the restaurant’s
revenue target and focusing on the training of all the team members. You will ensure
efficient restaurant operation on shift, as well as maintain high production,
productivity, quality, and customer-service standards whilst working.
For you to be successful as a Restaurant shift Leader, you’ll need to use your
training skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to
know how to assist and coach your team and oversee the restaurant operations
during your shift, high focus on customers service. You will be overlooking the Front
of house and Back of the house, and make sure we comply with health and safety
restaurant regulations.
We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift your staff during busy moments in our
fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and
customers have pleasant dining experiences.
Your direct report will be your Restaurant Leader and Restaurant Assistant Leader
allocated to you.
Responsibilities and Duties
Help with overseeing the restaurant operation in collaboration with your
Restaurant Leader and Assistant manager during Shift (FOH and BOH)
Training your Team members in delivering superior guest services within the
restaurants
Ensuring guest satisfaction
Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints and ensure that
your restaurant Leader and your Restaurant assistant leader are informed.
Supervised allocated shifts
Manage and lead your team members
Help Training and evaluate staff performance
You will help in control costs and minimize waste through smart management
controls
You will Nurture a positive working environment and build a positive vibe
within your restaurant
Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Ensure that Briefs are done on a every shifts with allocations and target sets
