Ricardo's Trattoria, a busy Italian restauran in Albert Park is looking for a Restaurant manager with a minimum 5 years experience. Knowledge and experience working in a full alla carte Italian restaurant is required.
As restaurant manager your duties will include:
- Floor planning. Understanding management of bookings within a service, accommodating individual booking details and supervise private functions.
- Purchasing and budgeting beverages.
- Have excellent wine knowledge on Australian and Italian wines.
Marketing skills are an advantage.
