Fast and Curious ELC, Kingswood, is growing, and we are looking for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team.

About the Role
As a Diploma Educator, you will:
- Support the implementation of engaging, child-centred programs aligned with the EYLF
- Create safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute to observations, learning documentation and programming
- Ensure children's safety, wellbeing and inclusion are at the centre of all practices
- Work collaboratively with room leaders and the leadership team to achieve quality outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively working towards) - Graduate Diplomas are not suitable for this position
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and child development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- A strong commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practice
