Section Waiter / Waitstaff | Bar Bruno
Bar Bruno is Odd Culture Group's neighbourhood osteria on York Street, serving house-made pasta, pork cotoletta bigger than the plate, classic Italian hospitality and a wine list that leans proudly Italian. Located above Razz Room, it's part of one of Sydney's most exciting new hospitality precincts.
We're looking for passionate Section Waiters / Waitstaff to join the team as we kick things off.
This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around a busy floor, genuinely enjoys looking after people and wants to be part of a new venue from the beginning.
What you'll do
- Run your section confidently and deliver warm, polished service.
- Look after guests from their first drink through to their last bite.
- Know your food and wine, or be keen to learn.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and floor team to keep service running smoothly.
- Help create the relaxed, generous Italian hospitality Bar Bruno is all about.
- Keep standards high while having a good time doing it.
We're looking for someone who
- Has experience working in a quality restaurant or busy hospitality venue.
- Is confident running a section and managing multiple tables.
- Is warm, switched-on and genuinely enjoys hospitality.
- Has a good understanding of food, wine and service — or a strong desire to learn.
- Works well under pressure and brings good energy to the floor.
- Wants to grow with a new venue and a progressive hospitality group.
