We are partnering with a globally recognised luxury brand to appoint an experienced Senior Store Manager to lead one of their newest locations.
This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving commercial performance, and leading a high-performing team in a premium retail environment.
Some Duties
- Drive sales performance and exceed KPI targets across all key metrics
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service
- Create a client-centric culture, building long-term relationships with VIP and loyal customers
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and brand standards at all times
- Oversee store operations, including stock management, compliance and reporting
- Analyse trading performance and implement strategies to maximise results
- Partner with head office and regional teams to deliver business objectives
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and succession planning within the store
About You
- Proven experience in a Senior Store Manager / Flagship leadership role within luxury or premium retail
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability
- Passion for delivering exceptional, personalised customer experiences
- Experienced in managing large teams and developing future leaders
- High attention to detail with strong operational capability
- A brand ambassador with a polished and professional presence
