What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse in the Haematology/BMT C5a Ward, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting patients with complex and often life-threatening conditions. You will contribute to safe, compassionate and evidence-based care while developing your clinical skills in a highly specialised setting. Your key responsibilities will be to:
Deliver direct nursing care aligned with care plans and RN supervision
Monitor, recognise and escalate changes in patient condition appropriately
Support patients with activities of daily living and emotional care needs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe care
