Red Cup Coffee (trading as Slush Mania) is looking for a reliable, organised and friendly person to join our growing team.
This is a varied role supporting our warehouse, administration, customer service, sales and production operations. No two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a small, busy team.
Hours
- Permanent Part-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am – 2:00pm (5 hours per day)
- School hours position
- Start date negotiable
- Available to commence immediately
About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a small business.
You will be involved in administration, customer service, basic sales, packing and dispatch, deliveries, workshop support, cleaning and assisting with the production of syrups.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing (Xero experience desirable but not essential)
- General administration and data entry
- Managing emails and customer enquiries
- Telephone customer service
- Basic sales and customer follow-up
- Advertising and social media assistance
- Packing and dispatching customer orders
- Organising freight and deliveries
- Delivering local orders when required
- Workshop support and cleaning
- Assisting with syrup production
- General warehouse and administration duties
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Organised, reliable and able to multitask
- Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
- Confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office programs
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and assist wherever needed
- Customer service focused
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Able to work in both an office and warehouse environment
- Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 20kg
- Holds a current driver’s licence
Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Administration
- Reception
- Customer service
- Sales
- Warehousing
- Dispatch and logistics
- Xero or bookkeeping software
- Social media or marketing
- Small business operations
However, training can be provided for the right applicant with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
