Your new role:
Join Metro South Health's Asset and Infrastructure Services team and provide high-level project and administrative support that helps deliver significant capital projects across one of Queensland's largest health services. You will:
Provide project coordination and administrative support to the Capital Delivery Team throughout the planning and delivery of capital infrastructure projects.
Prepare project documentation, contracts, purchase orders, invoices and procurement activities while maintaining accurate records and project systems.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, monitor project timelines and support the delivery of project milestones.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across finance, human resources, executive support and operational teams while contributing to continuous process improvement.
About you:

Demonstrated experience providing high-quality project and administrative support while managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities, maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn business systems such as S/4HANA, together with a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.

About the Metro South Health Assets and Infrastructure Unit
Metro South Health Assets and Infrastructure Unit (A&I) encompasses Strategic and Operational Asset Management, Capital Project delivery and Maintenance Services. These services enable Metro South Health to continue to expand its scope and capacity of clinical services through facility capital renewals, redevelopment, maintenance activities and lease management.
