Reporting into the Safety Marketing Management Team Lead, the Marketing Specialist will be based at our Notting Hill head office in Melbourne and enjoy flexibility, a healthy work-life balance, and have the option of hybrid working. You will be part of the Market Access Team and work closely with Marketing, Product Management and Sales colleagues.
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting both Internal and external event management;
- Participate in the design and creation of market facing resources;
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and ensuring availability of all approval records;
- Sourcing suitable suppliers for activation activities Utilisation of all relevant tools including, but not limited to Hubspot, CRM and Falcon;
- Organising and implementing online surveys as appropriate and ensuring reporting is completed and distributed to the relevant stakeholders;
- Organising photo & video shooting and ensuring material is made available for ongoing use;
- Providing project management support to the local Marketing team;
- Actively participates in developing and improving global procedures and tools and provides feedback to relevant teams in the central marketing team;
- Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and;
- Always ensure a safety-first approach.
The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following attributes:
- Successful completion of tertiary education in marketing/communications or related field is preferred;
- Work experience in a communications/marketing role;
- Moderate skills in desktop publishing – InDesign, Illustrator preferred.
- Broad experience in the conception and execution of marketing/communication activities in the Business-to-Business market;
- Proficient IT knowledge in MS Office and CRM systems;
- Ability to organise and prioritise to meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem solving, task management, written & verbal skills.
