About Us
Alphard Institute Melbourne is a soon-to-be Registered Training Organization (RTO) committed to delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training aligned with national standards. As part of our initial RTO registration process, we are seeking suitably qualified and experienced Trainers and Assessors to join our delivery team upon registration approval.
Training Products You May Deliver
Subject to scope approval and your qualifications, you may be engaged to deliver and assess one or more of the following:
Units of Competency / Short Courses
UEERL0003 Conduct In-Service Safety Testing of Electrical Cord-Connected Equipment and Cord Assemblies
About the Role
Trainers and Assessors will be engaged to deliver and assess training in accordance with approved Training and Assessment Strategies, compliance requirements, and organizational policies following RTO registration approval. Delivery may include face-to-face, blended, or simulated learning environments.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, compliant training sessions Assess learner evidence and provide constructive feedback Maintain accurate assessment and student records Participate in validation and continuous improvement activities Support learners with reasonable adjustments where required Maintain current vocational competency and industry currency
Essential Requirements
TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
Vocational qualifications at least to the level being delivered
Minimum two (2) years of recent and relevant industry experience
Strong communication and organizational skills.
