Inscope Training (RTO 40926) is a growing and dynamic Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing hands-on, practical training in apprenticeships and short courses across Queensland and New South Wales. We’re currently on the lookout for a motivated, friendly, and organised person to join our Sydney Penrith team as a Training Coordinator, and no experience is required!

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Training Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person helping students and employers stay on track throughout their training journey. Don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Student life-cycle administration tasks
- Facilitating apprentice and employer inductions
- Building relationships with clients (both apprentices and employers)
- Communicating with students, trainers and employers
Who We’re Looking For We don’t need you to have experience, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude.
If you’re:
- Confident and professional on the phone and in person
- Friendly, helpful, and a team player
- Willing to learn, take direction, and follow processes
- Great with detail and like to stay organised
- Comfortable using a computer (or eager to learn!)
