An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced real estate leader to join our team as Regional Operations Manager – South Australia & Victoria.
Reporting directly to the State Residential Real Estate Manager, SA & VIC, this role is responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting branch performance and delivering profitable growth across our real estate network. Working closely with Branch Managers, Property Managers and Sales Teams, you will play a key role in lifting capability, standardising best practice and creating an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring frequent intrastate and interstate travel, working alongside teams across South Australia and Victoria to coach, support and drive performance.
About the Role
You will provide operational leadership and support multiple branch locations to achieve strong financial and customer outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:

Driving operational consistency and performance across residential branches

Monitoring business performance and assisting branches to achieve revenue and profitability targets

Coaching and mentoring branch leaders, sales agents and property management teams

Supporting recruitment, onboarding and capability development across the network
-
Implementing systems and processes that improve productivity and customer experience
-
Supporting sales pipeline management and property management portfolio growth
-
Leading compliance, trust accounting governance and risk management activities

Working collaboratively with senior leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives
About You
You are an experienced real estate professional who enjoys developing people, driving operational efficiency and creating high-performing teams.
You bring:

Extensive leadership experience within real estate operations, sales and/or property management

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive profitable outcomes

Exceptional coaching and leadership capability
-
Experience managing multiple offices or business units (highly regarded)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Strong understanding of compliance, governance and operational risk within the real estate industry
-
A collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement
A current Real Estate Licence (or equivalent) and relevant industry experience are highly desirable.
